Teaching about sensitive topics such as the Holocaust and human rights is possible from elementary to middle and high school levels. Our pedagogical activities encourage students to develop critical and historical thinking in the classroom by reflecting on ethical issues and analysing artefacts and testimonies.
All of our educational tools adhere to the school curriculum of Nova Scotia’s Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. Our resources can be used in various Social Studies, Canadian and Global History, English Language Arts and Visual Arts classes from grades 5 to 12.
