The USC Shoah Foundation’s Dimensions in Testimony is a collection of interactive biographies that revolutionizes the concept of oral history. Each interactive biography allows visitors to interact with a survivor recording and hear the responses in real time, as if in conversation.

The Montreal Holocaust Museum invites you to discover the first French interactive of Marguerite Élias Quddus, a Holocaust survivor living in Montreal. Her interactive biography is currently being tested at the Museum to improve the interaction process based on artificial intelligence.

Join us at the Montreal Holocaust Museum on Thursday, May 11 at 7:00 pm to learn more about this innovative technology. Edith Umugiraneza, Indexer at the USC Shoah Foundation, will join us to discuss the creation of Dimensions in Testimony. Eszter Andor, MHM Commemoration and Oral History Coordinator and Marguerite Élias Quddus, Holocaust survivor will discuss the process of interviewing and recording the interactive biography.

This event is organised in partnership with the USC Shoah Foundation.
