Join us and the CSUQ for a virtual screening of the Stork of Hope – Ha’sidot Shel Tikva, as part of the 20th Festival du Cinéma Israélien de Montréal between November 5 – 19, 2025.

In Minsk, two young brothers, Ilya and Sasha, lose their parents and are left alone to face the horrors of war. Separated, Ilya is taken in by a brave couple, Ganna and Vasily, who risk their lives to protect him. To hide him from the Nazis, they give him a new name and identity: “Stasik.” Despite their love and sacrifices, danger continues to follow them, forcing Ilya to face heartbreaking trials.

Tickets are available as part of the FCIM 2025 package of 12 films online for $30. Reservations are required.
